Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions apply to your booking with Moksha NZ Ltd. By making your booking you are irrevocably agreeing to enter a contract with us on these terms and conditions. That contract becomes binding immediately on our confirmation of your booking.
RESERVATION POLICIES:
We understand the importance of securing your spot, which is why a $500 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
Full payment is due 30 days before the retreat begins, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved.
We kindly request timely payments to avoid any inconvenience or cancellation according to our policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
While deposits are non-refundable, we recognize that plans may change. Here's our cancellation breakdown:
• Over 90 days before the retreat: Refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
• Between 90 - 30 days before: 50% refund.
• Less than 30 days before: Unfortunately, no refund can be issued at this point. Please understand that these policies are in place to ensure the best experience for all participants.
In rare cases where Moksha NZ must cancel a retreat, rest assured, a full refund will be provided. However, we regret that we cannot cover any expenses resulting from such cancellations.
We want to emphasize that after the retreat begins or if a guest decides to leave voluntarily, refunds won't be available.
